🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.
• Karachi orders may arrive earlier depending on courier availability.
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
• Orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for FREE shipping.
• A flat shipping fee of PKR 149 applies on orders below PKR 3,000.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation. Customers receive order updates through WhatsApp or phone call once the parcel has been shipped.

🔄 Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• The product is significantly different from the store description.

💰 Refund Process

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
• Share order details along with photos/videos of the issue on WhatsApp.
• Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 3–5 working days.
• Refunds are sent through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.
